Event technicians, whether freelance or employed, owners of event companies, event technology companies, distributors of sound, lighting, video, etc.

Participation requirements
Practical experience in event technology and basic knowledge of video and data technology.
It is necessary to bring your own powerful laptop (Windows).
If required and by prior arrangement, a device can be provided on a rental basis.

(Excursus KPI, CRM, sales figures depending on the group for two-day Module 1)

- Warming up or the “small talk”
- Motivational and needs analysis
- Ways to reach customers in the digital age
- Questioning techniques
- Motivational and needs analysis
- Presentation and argumentation

Module 3
- Handling objections
- Buying signals
- Closing the sale
